Article 1. Purpose. The service provides AI-based business evaluation and discovery information.

Article 2. Nature of the service. Outputs are decision-support information and do not constitute professional advice. The service does not guarantee accuracy, investment outcomes, or profit.

Article 3. Payment and refunds. A normally generated evaluation report is not refundable. If no report is generated, we provide a retry or refund according to the applicable payment policy.

Article 4. Limitation of liability. You are responsible for your decisions and their consequences.
