Refund Policy

This Policy sets out the criteria for withdrawal of orders and refunds for single analyses, subscriptions and credit packs purchased on Unicorn Score.

1. Seller and refund contact: The seller of all orders is Paddle.com Market Limited (Merchant of Record). Refunds can be requested by following the instructions in the Paddle receipt email received after payment (paddle.net) or via the customer support email, and Paddle processes payment cancellations and refunds.

2. Withdrawal of orders: An order may be withdrawn within 7 days from the date of payment. However, because provision of an AI analysis (digital content) begins immediately after payment, once an analysis has started, withdrawal may be restricted under Article 17(2)(5) of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. Before payment, the run confirmation screen shows the analysis type, participating AIs and price, and discloses this restriction. Where applicable laws or Paddle's refund policy guarantee rights more favorable to the User, those rights apply.

3. If no Report is produced: If a Report is not produced due to an error, the payment is kept so that the analysis can be run again, or it is refunded.

4. Stopping an analysis: If an analysis in progress is stopped, only the portion already completed is settled, and the remainder is returned as credits.

5. Subscriptions: Subscriptions may be canceled at any time; upon cancellation, no further charges are made from the next billing date, and the period already paid for may be used until it ends. If that month's credits have not been used within 7 days after payment, that month's payment may be withdrawn.

6. Credit packs: If the credits purchased have not been used within 7 days after payment, the purchase may be withdrawn.

7. Minors: If a minor enters into a contract without the consent of their legal representative, the minor or the legal representative may cancel the contract.

8. If the service differs from its labeling or advertising: If the service provided differs from its labeling, advertising or the terms of the contract, the order may be withdrawn within 3 months from the date the service was provided, or within 30 days from the date the User became aware, or could have become aware, of that fact.
